The marking unit is closed with good rigidity. The marking unit has four sets of cassettes which is chosen by programming and the typing stadia can be set at will.

The transverse conveyor supports and transmits the raw material angle, and the rotating conveyor is driven by the reducer, which turns the raw material angle into the longitudinal feeding conveyor with smooth running. 

 The cutting unit adopts single blade shearing and there is no waste in each cutting.The cutting surface is neat.

There are three sets of punching dies on each side of the punching unit, which can be installed with three kinds of punches with different diameters. The three sets of punching dies are moved by numerical control to change the stadia. 

The supporting device of the punching unit  is driven by hydraulic cylinder, moving up and down very conveniently.

The hydraulic system mainly completes the punching, marking, cutting,marking unit moving, pressing material, supporting material and other functions, the hydraulic pipeline adopts sleeve type connection, not easy to leak oil, replacement and maintenance is convenient.
