PLD Series Plate Drilling Machine is mainly used for drilling plates in steel structures such as buildings, bridges and steel towers. It can also be used for drilling tube sheets and flanges of boilers and petrochemical industries. The maximum drilling thickness is 100mm, with the advantages of high efficiency and high precision.

2.There are totally 12 sets of hydraulic clamps to clamp the steel plates on the worktable.The operator controls the clamps with foot switch easily and conveniently.The hydraulic unit is very stable and reliable.
3.The upper computer uses the well-known brand PC, adopting the genuine Windows operating system.The man-machine interface display is intuitive, the operation is simple and easy to be mastered by operators of different degrees.PC adopts the mainstream configuration of the market. When there is problem with components, it is easy to find replacement parts, which is convenient for domestic and foreign customers to repair and maintain.
4.The computer software is written in VB or VB.net language. It has good compatibility with Windows system, stable operation and beautiful interface. It has the function of graphic zooming and coordinate display, and can receive the files created by AUTOCAD(DXF format), DSTV（.nc format）and other format files.
5.The computer software can transmit the processing program of four zones at the same time. After one time transmit, the system can automatically process the work pieces in each zone, improving work efficiency effectively.
6.The hydraulic clamp hose is optimized to avoid the collision between iron filings and oil pipe, which can effectively improve the life of the oil pipe.
7.The machine has centralized lubrication system which can improve the service life of important transmission parts such as linear guides and ball screws.
8.The machine is equipped with Auto-chip cleaner system,the chips produced in the process of drilling can be removed timely and conveniently.
